Hi I Have Been Feeling Pregnant For The Past 3

Hi I have been feeling pregnant for the past 3 weeks and I had an expired mirena removed last tuesday...I started bleeding Friday and bled thru my pants on sunday with little clots like snot..bleeding stopped after 4 days now I'm experiencing severe back pain..could thus be a miscarriage or signs of having the iud removed?
