Hi I Have Been Feeling Very Unwell I Was Tested

Hi I have been feeling very unwell I was tested for a lump in my neck around a year ago which after removing they thought was non Hodgkin lymphoma but after testing said it was ok . The last couple of months I have been very tired been having allot of headaches and nausea and feeling dizzy im scared to go my doctor because they just Palm you off and Say viral infection but I just no im not right and it's beggining to frighten me
