Hi, I Have Been Getting A Clicking Sort Of Sound

Hi, I have been getting a clicking sort of sound up in my sinuses and have no idea what it's from. It seems to be worse if I exert effort - e.g. bending down doing vigorous housework. There is no pain at all. I'm 33 and very healthy, although had grommets in and adenoids out when I was 5, but no problems associated with this.
