Hi I Have Been Getting A Dry Cough That Has

Hi I have been getting a dry cough that has been getting progressively worse. It started with a drip down the back of my throat now my chest feels very congested but nothing comes up when I cough. This morning I am lethargic with pain behind my eyes when I move them side to side. No temp but I am really tired with no energy at all
