Hi I Have Been Getting Pains In My Stomach For

Hi I have been getting pains in my stomach for a little while and along with lower back pain, using my bowels twice as much as normal with sometimes a bit of pain.
I was told I had fibroids about 2 years. My mother survived bowel cancer about 9 years ago.
Bowel cancer is in my fathers family also.
