Hi, I Have Been Getting These Pus Filled Bumps In

Hi, I have been getting these pus filled bumps in my under arm. Normally it is only one then it goes away and another one comes out. Sometimes there are multiple at one time. It develops a white "head" and then I pop it and white goop comes out in great quantities. What is it?
