Hi! I Have Been Having Sharp Stabbing Pains In My

Hi! I have been having Sharp stabbing pains in my upper left stomach and throbing Sharp occassional pain in mid left back...not sure been to many Dr and they say it GERD...but I never feel the typical symptoms. Any idea to where I might go next....I have a very high pain tolerance and this is just so painful. Thank you
