Hi. I Have Been Having A Discomfort In My Penis

Hi. I have been having a discomfort in my penis for the past 5 months. There are no spots, no rash, and no bumps. The outside skin burns every now and again, but there is an area on the inside, that sometimes feels as if it's cold. I just recently noticed a very small indent where the cold sensation is happening.
