Hi, I Have Been Having A Lot Of Neck Pain

Hi, I have been having a lot of neck pain for 2 days. Level of pain #5. Thought I had just slept in a bad position and made it sore, but it feels different than that. It is sore on all over the neck and I have had a terrible headache for the last 2 days too.
