Hi, I Have Been Having A Lot Of Numdness And

Hi, I have been having a lot of numdness and tingling in my head for the last week in a half. I have also been getting headaches with it. Now today I woke up and did not feel myself. I didn;'t even know what day it was and I felt disoriented. What could be wrog with me?
