Hi I Have Been Having A Pain In My Back

Hi I have been having a pain in my back on right side around the middle of my back and it coincides with a feeling of fluttering in the lung area, I have checked my blood pressure with a wrist cuff machines at home and is reading anywhere between 66/36-116/59 pulse is 79 that last for about 3 hours then pressure comes back up to about 117/62 which for me is about normal could this be a problem with my heart?
