Hi! I Have Been Having A Problem With My Heel/ankle

Hi! I have been having a problem with my heel/ankle lately. I was wondering if I could get your opinion on what I did to it? I recently hurt my heel when I jumping at track practice and ever since my heel has been in a lot of pain and it hurts to stand on it and move it certain ways. Do you have any idea what I did to it?
