Hi. I Have Been Having A Problem With My Left

Hi. I have been having a problem with my left ear for a couple of weeks. I got out the hair the doctor said was resting against my eardrum about a week ago. It felt better for a while but got bad again 2 days later. The doctor said nothing was wrong yesterday but today it hurts. When I tried holding my nose and blowing out, my right eardrum held but my left had a loud air hissing sound and I felt the air leaving my ear. I do have tinnitus but never this problem.
