Hi I Have Been Having A Sharp Tight Crushing Pain

Hi I have been having a sharp tight crushing pain in the right side of my chest for the past 10 hours it has been coming and going for a few weeks but is getting worse, I also have a dry cough when I cough the pain is very sharp, I'm going from feeling cold to warm and pain gets worse when I take big breaths
