Hi, I Have Been Having A Stiff Neck For Months

Hi, I have been having a stiff neck for months now and the stiffness is accompanied by a lower head headache. Also, a muscle in the left of the neck clicks every time I move my head and it can be quite painful and I feel that it twists and the sometimes when it clicks it is accompanied by a pain like a spark inside the neck to behind where the ear is.
