Hi, I Have Been Having Bone Pain Off And On

Hi, I have been having bone pain off and on for a few months now. Some days are better than others. Last month I had noticed that my lymph nodes in my groin area were enlarged on my right side. This has since gone away. Lately I have had extreme exhaustion, to the point that I cant even make it through an 8 hour day of work. And last week I had a pain in my right side just under my rib. This lasted for about a week. Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
