Hi, I Have Been Having Bronchitis Periodically For The Last

Hi, I have been having bronchitis periodically for the last 2 years. Almost every two weeks I come down with it after I just finished a round of antibiotics. I am under medical care with a year long treatment of azithromycin 3times a week, but I still get those breakthrough infections. is there something I can do for myself to prevent those from happening or must I just live with it?
I have been xrayed, and an ultrasound , don't smoke, what can I do?
