Hi. I Have Been Having Diarrhea And Stomach Cramps For

Hi. I have been having diarrhea and stomach cramps for quite sometime. My stool was positive in occult blood test and my doctor suggested colonoscopy. I am afraid of this procedure as I read that there's side effects. I am taking PPI, Duspatulin Retard, Spasmomen and Semeticone. But still the cramps after bowel is there. I got anemia do I am taking ferrosulfhate and vitamins with high iron content. Can I still tal enterigermina? If I can't stand the pain I am taking Imodium as my doctor also approved but only for 2 consecutive days. Please help me. Thanks and God bless...
