Hi, I Have Been Having Diarrhea For A Few Hours

Hi, I have been having diarrhea for a few hours now. I just went again and there were small red/pink balls floating above the stool at the bottom. There was one very dark red one that almost looked black and then some pinkish and some red ones. I can't think of anything I ate recently that looks like that. There were about 7 or 8 of them and they were about half the size of a pea. No other symptoms or issues. What could cause this?
