Hi I Have Been Having Discussed Bulge On My Back

Hi I have been having discussed bulge on my back and sciatica in my legs since December 2014.I have ģone through loads of treatment and this includes steroid injections and strong pain killers. I am due to have facet injection next week and the plan with my consultant is after that if I have a relief I will do nerve denervation. My fear is I hope it doesn't affect my mobility or erection?pls can you advise me on this .Thank you for your time.
