Hi I Have Been Having Dizzy Spells Where I Feel

Hi I have been having dizzy spells where I feel like I am spinning along with this I get nauseated , also a lot of headaches in my temple area but my head has been feeling I guess heavy.... I am an epileptic but have not had seziures in over ten years I take carbamazepine BID is this something I should be worried about
