Hi! I Have Been Having Dull Stomach Pains That Have

Hi! I have been having dull stomach pains that have come and go throughout the day for the past week. I don't have any other symptoms such as diahrea, nausea etc. I am on my period currently but I assume period cramps are in the lower abdomen. These pains aren't making my day horrible to get through but at some points they hurt more and it's more out of curiosity. Thank you!
