Hi I Have Been Having Extremely Strong Pelvic Pain Towards

Hi I have been having extremely strong pelvic pain towards where my right ovary would be located as well as I haven't had a period in almost 2 months back pain nausea dizziness and bloating at first I thought I was pregnant but my pregnancy test both at the Obgyn and Home said negative I would like to know what you think?
I had an ultrasound done today and the tech said they really don't see anything but that my ovaries are hard to find because they are really far back
