Hi. I Have Been Having Issues With My Teeth For

Hi. I have been having issues with my teeth for quite sometime. Cavities, turn into abscess and eventually tooth dies. Until recently, I've had an abscess which is continuing to get worse. I have been taking ciprofloxacin for about 4 days and the pain is just getting worse. Now I can feel it from above my ear down to my collar bone on one side. Should I be concerned? Should the antibiotics be helping by now? The pain is unbearable and I just don't know if I should give it a little more time or if I should be worried.
