Hi I Have Been Having Left Sided Lower Back Pain

Hi

I have been having left sided lower back pain for around 6 months. It is more like a dull ache present all day however can be felt on occasion higher up the left side and extremely painful to move. I had ovarian cyst removed 2 years ago from this side and recently had another scan which showed another at only 4.5 cm on the right side blood tests OK and septations could not be seen on second scan. I also have 3 lymph nodes in left side of neck that have also been present for around the same time as pain unsure if this is related.

Told ovarian cysts not causing pain also severe heartburn/reflux trouble and problems urinating these were all present with first cyst before it was removed so not really sure where to go with this

Thanks
