Hi! I Have Been Having Many Symptoms Related To Thyroid

Hi! I have been having many symptoms related to thyroid issues for quite some time. Constant fatigue, waking up not rested after sleeping a full 7+ hours at night, depression, irritability, bowel issues, memory issues, ect.. I have read numerous articles about the thyroid normal ranges being too broad and this concerns me. I have an appointment to go over labwork on Tuesday but I'm worried that I will be told I'm fine because everything was within the normal ranges, however several were low or high normal. I don't want my symptoms to be overlooked because of what is considered normal for most. Here are the levels that are in question. I would love to know your thoughts and if I am dismissed on normal ranges should I get a second opinion due to symptoms. I just want to feel better.

TSH: 2.65 (0.27-4.20) 3 weeks ago my TSH was 1.65
FT3: 3.1 (2.2-4.0)
FT4: 1.17 (0.93-1.70)
TPO: <10
Thyroglobulin: <20
HGBA1C: 5.1 (4.8-6)
Vitamin D 25OH: 33.9 (30-100)
Glucose: 73 (70-105)
BUN: 9 (8-21)
NA: 137 (136-145)
Ne%: 69.6 (37-73)
Ly%: 21.1 (15-43)
