Hi I Have Been Having Nightmares About People That Have

Hi I have been having nightmares about people that have passed and and I've been very anxious about a particular dream where I'm looking at my sister and a friend and I just walk away from them. One month before my uncle passed away his wife had a similar dream where she's calling out his name but he turned to walk the other way and didn't come back. So I've been very worried about that particular dream. Could it mean anything or is it just a nightmare?
