Hi, I Have Been Having Pain In My Neck With

Hi, I have been having pain in my neck with the pins and needles feeling through my arm and numb finger tips, as well as severe migraines. I had an MRI of my neck done yesterday and got the report this afternoon. I dont understand the report and what it means. It says:
C3-4 broad-based disc bulge which effaces the ventral thecal sac.
Straightening of the cervical spine with reversal of the normal cervical lordosis.
S-shaped cervical-thoracic curvature.
Can you tell me what that means?
