Hi I Have Been Having Problems With My Sinuses For

I have been having problems with my sinuses for years. Last November I had a cold and my sinuses have hurt ever since. My doctor says the lining is inflamed. I have tried anti allergy tablets, nasal spray and Flixonase nasal drops. The last 2 weeks I have had a headache that I can't get rid of even with pain killers. I feel sick all of the time. It hurts on the bridge of my nose, behind my eyes and begins my nose near the nostrils. Is this all to do with the sinuses and if so any suggestions? Many thanks
