Hi ,I Have Been Having Problems With My Vaginal Area,I

Hi ,I have been having problems with my vaginal area,I did have sex but it was protected, after a week I went to the doctor for flu medication and she gave me alot of antibiotics and so I completed it but a few days I had itchiness ,redness and it was also by my anus , my discharge was thick and white i washed with salt water and it came back to normal and then I had my periods but it did last 7days long and then a week after the itchiness came back again and i had my 2nd period and it was 3days long , yesterday my discharge was yellowish greenish but today my discharge now is watery,with blood, please help me
