Hi, I Have Been Having Problems With Only Left Sided

Hi,

I have been having problems with only left sided throat clearing for 3 months now. I just realized that I have clicking on the hyoid bone region a few days ago. I have a bit of soreness in the posterior left throat region that is intermittent. I am also experiencing left shoulder pain. Any idea as to what this might be? I'm pretty worried
