Hi I Have Been Having Right Ear Pain Since Friday

Hi I have been having right ear pain since Friday and it is now Sunday. I went to see a doctor on Saturday that told me I have an infection on my right tonsil and that's why there was pain radiating to my throat. But he also said there is something round and brown in my ear that he doesn't no what it is. He said it might be a foreign body or insect. He prescribed be antibiotics and today I took my second one but I ham still having a lot of ear pain and I don't no what to do.
