Hi I Have Been Having Server Hedache To The Base

Hi I have been having server hedache to the base of my head on left side and having night sweats and generaly don't feel like my self for the last few weeks well the heacheshave become more intense making me feel sick when I was rubbing the base of head to try and relife the pain I found on my neck were the pain has been coming from any ideas if its related and should I be concerned
