Hi, I Have Been Having Severe And Painful Muscle Spasms

Hi, I have been having severe and painful muscle spasms and body cramps all over my body for over 2 yrs and they are getting increasingly worse. My potassium levels are fine, I drink lots of water but my doctor can't seem to find out the causes of theses cramps now they are being followed by immediate headaches. I don't know what to do!!!
