Hi. I Have Been Having Some Crazy Sxs All Together

Hi. I have been having some crazy sxs all together these past 2 weeks. Neck pain that shoots from base of skull neck area over the top of my head into my right eye and sinus in right cheek. This usually occurs when I lay in one position too long, as when I am watching tv at night from the couch or reading in bed, and is always accompanied shortly after by ear pressure, tinnitus, pressure in one or both ears (causing temporary difficulty hearing lower deeper tones), vertigo, loss of balance, and sudden increase in body heat (possible hot flash?). All sxs are experienced all at once, usually around the same time every night, and only when I'm lying down making it very difficult to sleep at night as these sxs seem to come and go all night long with each episode lasting approximately 30-60 mins. I am 50 yr old female, pot hysterectomy since 2008 (ovaries. Intact) also noticed that I been hearing cracks and pops and occasional rice outdoors sounds coming from neck base of skull area every single time I move my head all day long. I feel I will go crazy trying to figure this out and I'm at a loss as to how to truly describe my sxs to my family doctor. Any idea or advice?
