Hi I Have Been Having Some Issues With My Inner

Hi I have been having some issues with my inner left ear.I think it is allergy related but am not sure. I have tried ear drops and some allergy medicines such as Allegra Tylenol sinus,and Zyrtec . But nothing seems to work. It has been a week and also I am getting that throbbing and pressure feeling. Not sure what to do.
