Hi I Have Been Having Some Painful Bowel Movement Over

Hi I have been having some painful bowel movement over the last month or so... A few times it was really bad.. Like acid or lava. Bright red blood on the TP. I have had blood on the TP before in my life but that was more from excessive wiping I think. After a bowel movement my anus throbs for a few hours. Does this sound like an anal fissure or Hemheroids to you?
