Hi I Have Been Having Some What Feels Like Needle

Hi I have been having some what feels like needle sticks in my I guess ovaries or around that area n thro to my back. I just finished my menstrual n we are trying to conceive but Idk wat to think of this pains. But along with it it feels like twitching in my ovaries and stomach in different areas n times please help me understand wat this might be
