Hi, I Have Been Having Sore Head When I Breathe.

Hi, I have been having sore head when I breathe. Both side left and right are really sore. Have had this last 2 days now and its still painful. I have 2kids age 1 and the other one is 3months. Sometimes I stress out when there's so much to do. What should i do? Please help
