Hi, I Have Been Having Symptoms Similar To Thrush, Which

Hi,
I have been having symptoms similar to thrush, which i then thought it was and I took a pill for that the other day. My symptoms have not really gotten any better since however so I a bit unsure now.
Itching and just generally an uncomfortable feeling mostly just around vagina opening buttoday also some itching around the area. Brown/beige clumpy discharge very frequent. No redness or swelling really. No pain or anything when peeing. I have also been using Vagisil to try tackle the itching.
Is this a case of thrush and I just need to wait a while longer or is it something else I should worry about?
