Hi, I Have Been Having Symptoms That Followed A UTI

Hi, I have been having symptoms that followed a UTI for two months now. I would wake up with burning in my lower back and vaginal and anal area. This eventually lead to strange heavy pressure neurological symptoms moving down my pelvic region into my legs, compromising my ability to walk. I went to the ER twice because of this terrifying symptom and they had no clue what it was. Then the symptoms began to move up to my cervical spine, with pain in my neck and stabbing pins and needles down my arm (and in my vaginal and inner thigh region as well as my legs and even, occasionally, in my abdomen). Now, I get a pressure pushing down my head, leading to imbalance and dizziness, followed by pins and needles down my arm again!!! The spine doctors have scheduled a nerve block in my lower spine and I will start a regimen of PT. But they tell me the upper stuff is unrelated! I have to get an MRI of my head and neck (I got one of my lower spine, which showed moderate spinal stenosis and impingement from a bone spur). This is too much and there is no single doctor who can put it all together! Do I have some kind of vestibular disorder together with the spinal compression?
