Hi I Have Been Having This Pain On My Right

Hi I have been having this pain on my right side on and off for two weeks. it goes from right part of my pelvis up two my right ribs. its is a sharper kind of pain. I have had a history of having a form of diverticulitis in my bladder and was attributing it to that. I have decreased the amount of acidic foods and drinks i take in because of in the past that had helped. this time the meds or the decrease in acidic food is not happening. any ideas? I am also getting migraines and dizziness lately but am not sure if that has to do anything with it. i am a mid twentys female.
