Hi I Have Been Having This Problem In My Vaginal

Hi I have been having this problem in my vaginal area; the odor is very strong and it smells foul. I feel like it can be smelled through my clothes and if someone smells it I just say I farted ; what could it be ? I haven't been able to not wear a pad in months because it's always very moist down there .
