Hi, I Have Been Having Times When I Feel Like

Hi, I have been having times when I feel like I have a knot in my throat. I have one stent in my heart and have had a heart cath that was fine in Sept. I have tried tums and omiprazol with little or no relief. Any idea what is going on? BP is good, cholesterol is fair with meds for both. I am a tylizh8888@pe 2 diabetic on insulin.
