Hi, I Have Been Having Trouble Now For Over A

Hi,
I have been having trouble now for over a year. I went shopping with my Daughter- in - law and as I walked around my hip ( right at the top of my leg where attaches to hip? ) locks or whatever it does and instant pain to where I can't move till it subsides. It does it a lot and if I stoop down on one knee it doe it and if I try to get up from floor it does it , just walking today it started as I went to turn it locked and really hurt.
