Hi. I Have Been Having Trouble Talking For The Last

Hi. I have been having trouble talking for the last 3 months. It feels like I'm not getting enough air when I talk. My sentences cut out, I can't even start talking, I will open my mouth to talk and nothing comes out. It's been 3 months of this, I've been to 3 different emergency rooms, and ENT Dr and a VA dr. No one can figure out what's wrong with me and I can't take it anymore. I'm tired of having no voice. Why can't I talk?
