Hi I Have Been Having Trouble With A Significant GI

Hi I have been having trouble with a significant GI discomfort that has been going on for a while. My bowel feels very swollen, and passing stool of any kind is very uncomfortable. I also very spontaneously feel the urge to rush to the nearest rest room very often. I know that I am lactose intolerant, but other than that I find this sickness out of place, because I tend to eat a healthy diet with lots of fiber.
