Hi I Have Been Having White Tissue Paper Like Stuff

Hi I have been having white tissue paper like stuff in my vagina, I can almost like scoop it out. It doesn't itch but it makes me feel really uncomfortable and I want it to go away. I didn't use to have it , it started around this year and I don't know why? Does anybody know what this is ?
