Hi I Have Been Injected Petogen Once In Three Months

I have been injected petogen once in three months and I'm not getting my periods these months. My doctor said it's completely normal as some women will not get periods if they were on petogen injection.

Now my doses are over. Will I get my cycle regular? Will there be any side effects due to petogen?
