Hi I Have Been Noticing That My Skin Is Itchy

Hi I have been noticing that my skin is itchy and irritated. On my legs, and under my chin and my scalp mainly but it is all over including in my pubic hair. I feel little things crawl on me at times but I don't see anything. My boyfriend has been experiencing this as well. Somebody came to sleepover and claimed that there was a tiny nat like bug on them. Do you know what this could be? I'm super itchy and tired of having little red bumps on me.
